Will Graham | Artistic Director
Will Graham served on the faculty of the A.J. Fletcher Opera Institute at the North Carolina School of the Arts since its inception in 2001. Mr. Graham has directed for Minnesota Opera, Opera New England, Opera South, Western Opera Theatre, National Opera Company, Kansas City Lyric Opera and the Lyric Opera of Cleveland. He currently lives in Minneapolis where he divides his time between coaching young singers and opera directing.

 

Eric McEnaney | Music Director
Pianist Eric McEnaney's diverse experience includes coaching for Des Moines Metro Opera, Cedar Rapids Opera Theater, Seaside Music Theater, the Martha-Ellen Tye Opera Theater at the University of Iowa, and the University of Minnesota. He is currently finishing a DMA at the University of Minnesota and maintains a private coaching studio in Minneapolis.
 

 
 


Phil Fried | Composer in Residence

Composer Phil Fried is a 2008 McKnight Foundation Fellow. Recent commissions include a Centennial Commission from the Minnesota Orchestra for Episodes, and a work for the new music ensemble Zeitgeist in honor of their 30th Anniversary concert and recording. One of his recent piano works, I remember the 60's or was it the 70's?, is featured on the Innova label release Melville's Dozen, with pianist Nikki Melville.
